We keep all colors of cotton and satin in stock, so there is no need to
e-mail ahead and ask if a particular color is available. If
there is any problem accommodating your requests, we will e-mail
you. Popular color choices are black, burgundy, claret red, bright blue, navy blue, forest green, royal purple and eggplant purple. You are not limited to these colors though. There is a text box provided for color choices when placing the item in your shopping cart. When submitting payment, there is also a box for "instructions to seller" where you may write your color choices. Finally, you may also e-mail your color choices to us. |

Renaissance Lace-Up Bodice The Renaissance bodice comes in black twill or your choice of colored cotton and is lined and boned at the lacings to prevent bunching. Renaissance Chemise The chemise is a full-length (60" unless a shorter length is provided at time of purchase) shirt-gown or undergarment. It is available in your choice of colored cotton, silk essence or satin. It is available with long sleeves or short-sleeves (if you would like short-sleeves be sure to let us know when ordering or send an e-mail just after ordering). Elastic in the sleeves and neckline for a comfortable fit. Hemmed. Muslin/Cotton Chemise: $80 Silk Essence Chemise: $90 For a regal renaissance gown, choose satin. Deluxe Renaissance Waist Cincher The Renaissance Waist Cincher is perfect for sexy Wench or Pirate costumes and works great if you’re trying to pull in your waist a bit. It comes in black wet-look PVC. The cincher is lined with heavy-weight twill and interlined to give it sturdiness. Sizing: Because the waist cinchers fit between the waist and the bust, it works best if you measure the thickest area between your waist and right under the bust. We have the sizing broken down in 2" increments from 42" - 60". This measurement is where the waist cincher will completely close. If you want a gap in the lacings, then please choose the correct measurement for your taste. Deluxe Renaissance Waist Cincher: $85

Costume Renaissance Waist Cincher The Costume Waist Cincher gives the same look as the more expensive Deluxe version (above), however instead of being lined and interlined, it is just a single piece of heavyweight PVC (shiny, wet-look vinyl). The back of the waist cincher will be white instead of black. With careful wear, it will still last years, however it is meant for the more occasional wearer (great for Halloween costumes) instead of someone who works in the Renaissance industry and uses it on a daily or weekly basis. Sizing: Because the waist cinchers fit between the waist and the bust, it works best if you measure the thickest area between your waist and right under the bust. The skirt comes in cotton in your choice of color with an elastic waist. The overdress is made of bridal satin and laces up through professional-strength grommets. The bodice part of the overdress is lined and boned at the lacings to prevent bunching. There is trim along the grommets and down the slit in the skirt.* *We are no longer putting the trim around the bottom of the skirt because if you need to have the skirt rehemmed you will lose the trim. It now goes down the front of the dress. The hip-length peasant shirt is made of satin and has elastic in the sleeves and neckline for a comfortable fit.
