Plus-Size Costume Shop offers five standard sizes in all of the items we sell.

They are: 1X (18/20W), 2X (22/24W), 3X (26/28W), 4X (30/32W), and 5X (34/36W).

Altering standard sizes is usually not a problem (for instance, if your measurements are 56"/56" we can make the bust and waist measurement the same). We are also able to occasionally accept custom orders for different sizes when exact measurements are provided - please e-mail for more information.

Two measurements are important when deciding on a size to order: bust and waist. When taking your measurements, pull the tape measure firmly around the *fullest* part of your bust and waist (your bra size will NOT work for your bust measurement and will result in an incorrect fit). You should make sure you are wearing any undergarments you plan to wear with the costume (i.e. if you plan to wear a corset that is going to change your measurements, be sure to take your measurements while wearing said corset). Bodices lace-up completely at the listed bust measurements and can be left open a few inches if your measurements are slightly larger.

1X	Bodices lace up completely closed around the fullest part of the bust at 44" and around the waist at 40." Waist cinchers lace up completely closed at 40." Since most people are a little larger between the waist and bust, this gives a couple inches to cinch between the waist and bust. Skirts have elastic waists and will fit a range of measurements from 34"-48."
2X	Bodices lace up completely closed around the fullest part of the bust at 48" and around the waist at 44." Waist cinchers lace up completely closed at 44." Since most people are a little larger between the waist and bust, this gives a couple inches to cinch between the waist and bust. Skirts have elastic waists and will fit a range of measurements from 38"-52."
3X	Bodices lace up completely closed around the fullest part of the bust at 52" and around the waist at 48." Waist cinchers lace up completely closed at 48." Since most people are a little larger between the waist and bust, this gives a couple inches to cinch between the waist and bust. Skirts have elastic waists and will fit a range of measurements from 42"-56."
4X	Bodices lace up completely closed around the fullest part of the bust at 56" and around the waist at 52." Waist cinchers lace up completely closed at 52." Since most people are a little larger between the waist and bust, this gives a couple inches to cinch between the waist and bust. Skirts have elastic waists and will fit a range of measurements from 46"-60."
5X	Bodices lace up completely closed around the fullest part of the bust at 60" and around the waist at 56." Waist cinchers lace up completely closed at 56." Since most people are a little larger between the waist and bust, this gives a couple inches to cinch between the waist and bust. Skirts have elastic waists and will fit a range of measurements from 50"-64."
Custom Order	Please provide your bust and waist measurement upon ordering. If we have any questions about your measurements we will e-mail you. Normally there is no extra charge for custom orders. Please be advised that we cannot invert measurements on the bodices (for instance, if your bust measurement is smaller than your waist measurement, we cannot make the bodice fitted to both measurements. We can make the bust and waist measurement equal though). Please feel free to e-mail us for more information.
