Commonly Asked Questions and Answers

How quickly will I receive my item?

Items are shipped within approximately one week after receiving the order via USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery once the item has been shipped). We also offer rush order services and overnight shipping for an additional cost. Shipping can be slightly delayed during the Halloween season.

I need an item immediately! Can you overnight it?

Yes, we do offer rush order services and overnight shipping (some rural areas excluded). Please contact us *BEFORE* ordering so we can send you a customized invoice with these services added in. The cost for rush order processing and shipping is usually around $150.

What size do I order?

Please see our sizing page for all measurements and explanations on how to measure.

What if my measurements are between sizes?

If you provide your measurements with your order, we can alter the bodice measurements up to equal measurements (for instance, 60" bust and 60" waist). However, we cannot invert the bodice measurements (the waist cannot be larger than the bust). Alterations may delay shipment of your order during busy seasons.

I am short or tall. How long is the skirt?

Our skirts come hemmed extra long at 44" from waist to bottom hem (this measurement will usually work for someone up to 6'2" tall). We are happy to hem your skirt free of charge if you provide us with an exact length measurement (from waist to bottom hem) within 48 hours of placing your order (24 hours for rush orders).

What colors can I choose from?

We keep a huge selection of colors in stock and usually have access to any color you could want. If we cannot accommodate your color choice, we will let you know within a couple days of receiving your order.
